Career switch from teaching to analytics

Hi, I have 2.5 years of work experience in the teaching field(mathematics, statistics for competitive exams). In order to make a transition in the field of Analytics, I have taken an internship to gain some hands-on experience(4 months). Meanwhile, I have learned analytical tools like R, Python, Tableau, plenty of certifications from Coursera, Datacamp and doing some projects of kaggle to develop the portfolio. I have been admitted to UT Dallas for MSBA. I just was worried if I will get enough opportunities in future given my irrelevant experience and I just wanted guides how can I make portfolio impressive so that it helps me in the future.
