How to deal with NA while doing factor analysis in R

While doing factor analysis in R i got the error as shown above.I suspect this is because there are some NA’s in some of the columns in the dataset.

How to deal with this in R.Also I might be wrong about the reason for the error,so if it is otherwise somebody please help me out!

for missing values you should either impute (to fill ) or ignore ( use na.rm=T as a function) or delete the missing values ( na.omit(object) )
