Login to Coursera.
Search R programming by John Hopkins University.
Enroll into the course(Either you can apply for Financial aid or you can Audit the course at 0 cost).

yes…its easy to learn r language…in data science …im learned by alone within three weeks

I would suggest you to go with Python.
Both the languages you can learn at zero cost on Coursera.
