I am currently dealing with an analytics problem.
The data consists of historical information of households and products used by them over the period of two decades.I have outcome variable as product segment which is defined by a a specific segment code.It is denoted as A-Z and 0-9. (Total 36)
So an household can purchase any one of these segments.
I am unable to decide which analytics technique i should use in order to determine outcome segment for each household.
