I am performing Decile analysis on the dataset where i have to figure out defaulters.

ISSUE:
in Default column we can see that defaulter are not in decreasing order across the decile
(e.g. 27 -> 28 and 14 > 18 )

what can be the possible reason for this ?

Special point

  1. Dataset does not have missing value .
  2. for outliers i have done capping using ( mean ± 3*SD)
  3. i have reduced the variable using PCA.
  4. most of the variable are categorical variable for which i have created dummy variable

Please guide me in order to correct this .

hello @a4atul14,

Generally this would mean that the model is not very good.I would suggest going through the below article http://www.analyticsvidhya.com/blog/2015/11/beginners-guide-on-logistic-regression-in-r/
and get an idea about the various metrics and then remove insignificant variables and see if there are any improvements.
Kindly try to use the confusion matrix to get an idea about your accuracy.
