Hello Guys,

I am from learning and development department in my organization who are majorly responsible for arranging training of fresher’s and employees. In our case, most of the trainers are external and almost different for same technology. Our challenge is after taking feedback from an employee on trainer we never get a clear picture whether we should contact same trainer for next time or not. There could be multiple factor effecting the feedback of trainer. Therefore, I am willing to use analytics to evaluate external trainer. Idea is to take quiz on the technology on which employee is trained and based on evolution of employee evaluate trainers. Can anyone suggest me on method/technique/algo which I can use to achieve the desired output.

In our internal evolution platform questions have levels like beginner/Intermediate/advance. All the questions have equal marks and marks are shown on per question basis.
