What to do when my maximum KS statistic is in the 7th or 8th decile in Logistic regression?

Could someone tell me hat to do when my maximum KS statistic is in the 7th or 8th decile in Logistic regression?

Basically how do i get it to 3rd or 4th decile?

What could be the reason it is in 7th decile?

What does KS actually tell us?

KS stat tells you where your lift chart peaks. The distance between the lift chart and at random is the maximum.

In short it signifies in which decile you have captured the maximum number of cumulative responders.

Ideally it should be in 2nd or 3rd decile.

To improve K stat check the Correlation, VIF, etc. for the final variables you have chosen.
Try binning, introduce dummy variables, proxy variables, etc.
